About The Position

As a Public Safety Officer at Broomall, you will be an integral member of the Main Line Health organization, where safety is of utmost importance to patients, staff, and the community. You will provide patients and staff with peace of mind by monitoring situations on and off campus to ensure a safe environment for all. This role requires the use of strong people skills and professional judgment to respond appropriately to both emergency situations and delicate patient matters. Requirements

High school diploma required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to think independently yet listen to and work with a team.
Ability to maintain confidential information and handle confidential matters.
Critical thinking skills and ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
Valid driver's license and good driving record for the last 10 years.
Must be certified or eligible for Commonwealth of Pennsylvania State Lethal Weapons Training Certification (Act 235).
Must complete Managing of Aggressive Behavior or MOAB parts 1, 2 & 3 within 4 months of employment.
