The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of relevant work experience, and a valid Texas driver’s license. Preferred qualifications include International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) certification. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, sound judgment under pressure, and a commitment to public safety. Minimum $18.00 – Midpoint $20.54 – Maximum $23.08 per hour based on a 40-hour work week. This is a full-time position with rotating shifts that may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
