The Public Relations Manager will report to the PR Director and will develop and maintain relationships with media, work on VIP dressing and compile reports outlining the departments activity. This role involves supporting daily communication with editors, stylists, producers, and freelance writers, maintaining media lists, coordinating sample requests, tracking editorial placements, and assisting in writing press releases and other media materials. The manager will also compile press coverage reports and support the PR Director in executing the overall PR strategy, including promoting new collections, product launches, and identifying coverage opportunities. A significant part of the role involves Celebrity & Influencer Relations, including outreach for celebrity and VIP loans and gifting, managing sample trafficking, maintaining databases, tracking red-carpet opportunities, and assisting with influencer seeding programs. Administrative support includes managing calendars, processing invoices, tracking budgets, preparing presentations, and assisting with agency communications. The role also involves planning and executing PR elements for brand events, distributing assets, managing an action calendar for important dates, and compiling press clippings.
