About The Position
We are seeking a motivated, people-oriented entry-level Public Relations & Event Assistant to represent nonprofit and charity partners at local events, community activations, and public engagement campaigns. Responsibilities
- Deliver clear, engaging, professional campaign messaging to community members at local events and promotional activations.
- Support event setup, organize promotional materials, and help ensure nonprofit and brand activations run smoothly and professionally.
- Interact with the public, answer questions, build connections, and encourage participation in community initiatives.
- Represent charity partners and their outreach campaigns as a friendly, professional point of contact.
- Assist with live marketing campaigns that increase public awareness, strengthen community relationships, and support partner initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training covering public speaking, public relations strategies, presentation techniques, and consumer behavior.
