Responsibilities
- Representing client brands at events, promotional campaigns, and community activations
- Communicating brand messaging clearly and professionally
- Building positive relationships with customers and community members
- Supporting the planning and execution of events and promotional initiatives
- Engaging with the public and creating memorable brand experiences
- Answering questions and providing accurate information about client products and services
- Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with the team
- Supporting public relations and communications initiatives
- Collaborating with team members to execute successful campaigns
- Participating in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development
