About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Public Relations Assistant to join our growing communications team. In this role, you will work closely with the Public Relations Manager to help build and maintain a positive public image for our organization. You will assist in developing and implementing PR campaigns, managing media relations, and supporting internal communications efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of public relations campaigns and strategies.
- Monitor media coverage and compile regular reports on PR activities and effectiveness.
- Draft and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
- Coordinate and support events such as press conferences, product launches, and community outreach programs.
- Maintain and update media contact lists and databases.
