Responsibilities

• Assist with customer outreach and public-facing promotional activities.
• Communicate information about products, services, and promotions.
• Engage with customers and prospective customers to understand their needs.
• Support community outreach and promotional events.
• Build positive relationships with customers and members of the public.
• Follow up with customers and prospects as directed.
• Assist with preparing and organizing promotional materials.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to the team.
• Maintain organized records of outreach and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service team members.
