Responsibilities

• Participate in promotional events and activities that encourage positive audience engagement.
• Interact professionally with customers, attendees, and other public-facing contacts.
• Help organize event materials, schedules, and resources for public relations activities.
• Collect audience feedback and communicate relevant insights to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with maintaining organized documentation related to outreach initiatives and project activities.
• Coordinate with internal team members to support timely and consistent execution of assigned projects.
• Uphold company standards and represent clients in a courteous, professional manner.
