Requirements

Leadership experience in both public relations and marketing disciplines, ideally within luxury hospitality
Proven ability to develop and execute integrated content strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels to deliver measurable outcomes and optimize ROI.
Skilled in managing agency relationships, including defining scopes, KPIs, and governance.
Experience in overseeing paid media and SEO strategies, interpreting performance dashboards, and partnering with agencies to optimize initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 or more years of experience in public relations and marketing, including leadership responsibilities; luxury hospitality or related industry experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
In-depth understanding of affluent consumer behavior and luxury brand standards
Ability to interpret market intelligence and consumer insights to inform strategy and positioning
Expertise in integrated PR and marketing strategies across Paid, Owned, and Earned channels
Proficiency in reputation management and crisis communications
Proven ability to optimize paid media investments for ROI and conversion, including strategies to drive direct bookings
Strong creative judgment for evaluating visual and written content to ensure alignment with brand identity

Responsibilities

Develop and lead the annual PR and Marketing strategy and support channel plans aligned with commercial goals and property priorities.
Lead the creation and execution of the integrated marketing and communications calendar, including campaign plans, global brand initiatives, and on‑property activations and F&B promotions.
Identify and analyze seasonal trends, key moments, priority feeder markets, and target audiences to inform annual marketing and campaign planning.
Apply market intelligence, consumer trends, guest insights, and competitive analysis to guide positioning and data-driven decision-making. Adjust strategies as market conditions evolve.
Establish and monitor a local measurement framework (KPIs); track Property Scorecard metrics; conduct post-campaign analysis to inform future initiatives.
Maximize adoption of global brand initiatives and campaigns in local and feeder markets to showcase the property’s distinctive guest experiences.
Champion brand stewardship at the property level by ensuring consistent execution of brand guidelines with local relevance and adherence to governance processes.
Maintain an up-to-date Press Room with media materials and property assets aligned to strategic narratives and brand standards.
Support the designated property spokesperson (GM) with strategic guidance, interview preparation, and media engagement facilitation.
Develop and execute an annual awards strategy aligned with brand priorities, overseeing submissions for hospitality, travel, lifestyle, culinary, wellness, and sustainability awards.
Maintain and activate a crisis communications plan, leading cross-functional messaging during issues to protect and enhance brand reputation.
Support community relations and Four Seasons for Good initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand values and local stakeholder expectations.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive reach, conversion, and aspiration, ensuring seamless orchestration and alignment with brand guidelines.
Define and activate the property’s unique positioning through compelling storytelling and creative expression in partnership with Global and Regional teams.
Manage production and coordination of property photo and video shoots to support brand storytelling, always-on content needs, and campaign priorities; maintain the property’s image and video library and usage rights.
Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and activate strategic brand collaborations, applying strong judgment and commercial acumen to ensure alignment with brand positioning, guest experience, and measurable commercial impact.
Develop and execute social media and owned-channel content strategies; create influencer and content creator programs (hosted stays, collaborations) to extend reach and engagement.
Interpret performance dashboards, monitor performance against targets and partner with agencies to optimize social and digital performance in real time (investment, content, targeting, cadence) based on insights.
Maintain and optimize owned web content across Four Seasons digital platforms, including the property website, landing pages and standalone restaurant websites, ensuring accuracy, compelling storytelling, and alignment with positioning, increasing organic search visibility and conversion goals.
Execute marketing initiatives for on-property activations and guest experiences aligned with brand positioning, including F&B promotions and campaigns, Spa, and seasonal offerings.
Lead, coach, and develop PR and Marketing team member; foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high-quality execution.
Build cross-functional partnerships with Operations, Sales, Revenue Management, and Finance to align messaging, experience delivery, and commercial priorities.
Collaborate with Regional and Corporate Commercial teams to integrate property initiatives into broader brand priorities and campaigns.
Act as a key strategic partner on property, ensuring communications efforts advance both brand equity and measurable commercial outcomes.
Serve as the property’s positioning champion, ensuring awareness, understanding, and engagement with the property’s positioning across all employees.
