Within KCSA, the Media & Advertising PR team specializes in working with companies that are advancing market-changing technologies/approaches in the advertising, marketing, media and streaming worlds. We’re looking for a high-energy, curious and driven Public Relations Account Executive who’s passionate about media and eager to elevate the stories of companies transforming the content we take in each day as consumers. Requirements

  • 2+ years of PR experience in an agency setting, preferably in the adtech/martech space.
  • Confident communicator and relationship-builder, both with clients and media.
  • Thrive in collaborative environments and are a passionate storyteller.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in client-facing activities for 5-6 accounts.
  • Work with your teams to draft press releases and conference/award submissions, pitch media, create messaging documents, assemble status reports for clients and more.
  • Develop and strengthen media relationships with top-tier mainstream media and industry trade publications.
  • Bring fresh thinking to brainstorms and campaign development, helping clients to break through in a crowded media landscape.
