About The Position

USA TODAY Co. is seeking a Public Notice Coordinator to join their team in Green Bay. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in administration, customer service, data entry, and office operations. The coordinator will be responsible for accurately processing and publishing important public and legal notices on time, interacting with customers, managing communications, entering data into computer systems, and meeting deadlines. No prior experience in public notices is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided to candidates with a suitable attitude and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

  • Process public notices and advertisements, ensuring accuracy and timely publication.
  • Coordinate with customers and sales representatives to address inquiries and arrange notice placements.
  • Handle customer communication via email and phone, providing professional and friendly service.
  • Enter and maintain data across various computer systems.
  • Review proofs, reports, and other documents for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any questions or issues.
  • Manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities throughout the workday.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records.
  • Learn company systems, processes, and requirements through hands-on training.
