Summary Statement The incumbent administers federal grants supporting diabetes, heart disease, and other Bureau of Chronic Disease programs. Responsibilities include statewide planning and management, grant and contract administration, budget oversight, staff supervision, and preparation of complex reports. The position also develops and maintains partnerships with federal and state agencies, healthcare organizations, businesses, and community stakeholders to advance chronic disease prevention and management initiatives.
