Requirements

  • One year as a Public Health Program Associate 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
  • A bachelor's degree and two years of professional experience in the development, analysis, or monitoring of programs, grants, or contracts in health, human services, social or behavioral services, health care services, or health insurance
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training
  • PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.
  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage grant agreements, budgets, and monitoring activities that comply with federal guidelines
  • Lead program activities and implement initiatives that integrate prevention and management of dental disease
  • Collect and interpret data to guide program updates, fulfill reporting needs, and support decisions
  • Build relationships with health systems, community groups, and government partners to achieve program goals
  • Review performance data, identify barriers, and implement improvement strategies across programs
  • Provide guidance and training to partners and staff based on program expertise
