About The Position

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado.
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse community settings.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel for outreach activities.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Experience in public health, community health, or related nursing field is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing services including assessments, screenings, immunizations, and health education.
- Participate in communicable disease investigations, case management, and reporting.
- Provide community outreach and home visits as needed.
- Support public health programs such as maternal and child health, emergency preparedness, and chronic disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with public health regulations.
- Collaborate with community partners, healthcare providers, and social service agencies.
