We’re seeking a dedicated public health nurse to provide care management and program coordination for the CMHRP program. In this role, you’ll support individuals and families through clinic work, home visits, and community partnerships—helping improve health outcomes where it matters most. You’ll use strong clinical judgment, public health knowledge, and care management skills as part of a multidisciplinary team. Work is guided by the NC Nurse Practice Act and evidence-based public health standards. This position is ideal for a nurse who values autonomy, meaningful relationship-building, and improving population health. As part of Public Health, you may also assist in emergency preparedness efforts such as vaccination clinics, shelters, or medication distribution.
