About The Position

The Public Health Intern with the Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) Program is an exciting way to get acquainted with the world of maternal-infant health. This is a non-clinical role, which is designed to be a combination of administrative and community outreach support to the program. The Nurse-Family Partnership empowers first-time moms to transform their lives and create better futures for themselves and their babies. Nurse-Family Partnership succeeds by having specially educated nurses regularly visit first-time moms, starting early in the pregnancy and continuing until the child’s second birthday.
