Public Health Data Intern
About The Position
The Public Health Data Intern will support the Health Department in analyzing, interpreting, and communicating findings from the Community Health Survey. The intern will review and validate survey data and analysis, collaborate with administrative staff to identify priority areas and potential improvement goals, and research evidence-informed strategies to address identified community health needs. The intern will also develop a comprehensive final report suitable for distribution to community partners and the general public, as well as create concise educational materials and social media content to communicate key survey findings. This position provides an opportunity to apply skills in public health, data analysis, research, written communication, and community engagement to support evidence-based public health planning.
