About The Position

Keeps Public Areas, Back of the House and restrooms clean, sanitized, neat and well supplied. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, back-of-house spaces, and restrooms to ensure a sanitized, neat, and well-supplied environment. The attendant will be responsible for tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, cleaning mirrors, furniture, floors, and elevators, as well as removing trash and ensuring restrooms are consistently clean and stocked with essential supplies like toilet paper, soap, and hand towels. Additionally, the role requires responding to guest requests and inquiries within the lobby, answering questions, and directing guests to their desired locations.

Requirements

• Previous Housekeeping experience highly preferred
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Knowledge and ability to work with heavy cleaning machinery.

Responsibilities

• Keeps all public areas sanitized, neat, vacuumed and dusted.
• Makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free.
• Removes all trash from areas.
• Periodically checks Lobby Restrooms.
• Makes sure all surfaces are clean.
• Restocks all supplies including toilet paper, soap and hand towels.
• Responds to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby.
• Answer guest questions and direct them to the areas they desire to be in.
