About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our dynamic Housekeeping team as a Public Area Attendant. The public area attendant keeps public areas, including our lobbies and restrooms, clean, neat and well supplied.

Requirements

• Candidates must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours.
• Candidates must be able to work Mornings, Days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Keeps all public areas neat, vacuumed and dusted.
• Makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free.
• Removes all trash from areas.
• Supports the cleanliness of public areas in the Vue Observatory.
• Periodically checks Lobby Restrooms.
• Makes sure all surfaces are clean.
• Restocks all supplies including toilet paper, soap and hand towels.
• Responds to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby.
• Can answer guest questions and direct them to the areas they desire to be in.
