Specialty Services – Window and Chandelier Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Pool Cleaning and Maintenance, Exterior Building Cleaning. This position is responsible for general cleaning of public areas in hotels or casinos, including hallways, floors, common areas, and emptying trash. The role requires a great personality and excellent communication skills. The attendant will assist the lead, supervisor, and manager with any projects or assignments.

Requirements

Experience preferred, but not required — we provide comprehensive hands-on training
Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
Team player who follows instructions and safety procedures.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Comfortable with technology used for scheduling/clocking in (may vary by site).

Responsibilities

Mops, sweeps, strips, grinds and polishes marble floors.
Vacuums carpets.
Cleans public restrooms.
Cleans ground level windows.
Smiles and is friendly when interacting with co-workers, guests and property employees.
Follows all required safety and standard operating procedures.
Asks supervisor or other employees for help when needed.
Is open to coaching and feedback from supervisor.
Makes improvement.
Works weekends and holidays.
Acts as a role model to other The Service Companies employees.
Ability to work with cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
Ability to perform all duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
