About The Position

The Moore Public Attendant is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our lobbies and public facilities. You will contribute to creating a positive impression of the property for our members and guests. We are seeking a trustworthy, organized, and dependable individual with a keen eye for detail.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1+ years of proven working experience as a cleaner, maintenance worker, or housekeeper.
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment and machinery.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  • Proficiency in understanding and following written and verbal instructions.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a positive influence on the team and other staff members.
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to handle objects, grasp, turn, and hold items with hands.
  • Capability to work on your feet for extended periods, totaling at least 8 hours.
  • Fast-paced movements required to navigate various areas within the club.
  • Capacity to lift, pull, carry, or move objects weighing at least 40 pounds.
  • Occasional kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine walk-throughs to ensure the overall cleanliness and maintenance of any hotel spaces.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in designated facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning restrooms.
  • Assist the housekeeping team with deep cleaning procedures in guest rooms.
  • Adhere to local and government health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe work environment by displaying appropriate signage.
  • Perform daily inspections and document maintenance activities.
  • Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects, including minor repairs and organizing stock rooms during deliveries.
  • Proactively report any deficiencies or repair needs to management.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team, while also being capable of working autonomously and taking proactive measures.
  • Comply with health and safety policies, including IIPP, worker’s compensation procedures, and allergy procedures.
  • Implement, monitor, and enforce compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
