Opening soon in Rogers, Arkansas, Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection will bring a distinctive luxury hospitality experience to Northwest Arkansas. We are building our opening team of Experience Curators who are passionate about hospitality and excited to help create an exceptional guest experience from day one. As a Public Area Attendant, you will help create the first impression our guests have of Hotel Vin Rogers. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of our public spaces, ensuring every area reflects the elevated standards of our brand. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and understands that the little things make a big difference in creating memorable guest experiences.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping, hospitality, or cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Dependable, reliable, and committed to being part of a successful opening team
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all public areas, including the lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, meeting spaces, and other guest-facing areas
- Ensure all public spaces are consistently clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Complete daily cleaning assignments and special projects as needed
- Monitor public areas and proactively address cleanliness or maintenance concerns
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel standards
- Communicate effectively with Housekeeping leadership and other hotel departments
- Take pride in maintaining the appearance and atmosphere of a brand-new luxury hotel
