Requirements

• Attention to detail is critical for this role.
• Great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
• Flexibility is required as hotels operate nonstop.
• Ability to comfortably communicate in English.
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger and wrist dexterity.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the hotels public areas and office spaces, including guest and employee bathrooms, the fitness center, the boutique, office areas, the lobby, the bridge and hotel entrance, and the pool.
• Replenishing soap and toilet paper.
• Sweeping the floors, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces.
• Reporting maintenance issues via tickets.
• Fulfilling guest requests in an orderly and timely manner.
• Handling special guest requests involving amenities, additional or replacement items, and special occasions.
• Communicating with all departments and personnel as necessary to fulfill guest requests.
• Preventing and correcting imperfections and blemishes.
• Reporting issues and working with other positions to correct them.
