About The Position

Requirements
- Minimum one year Housekeeping experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
- Prior experience in a luxury hotel and/or luxury residences
Nice To Haves
- Bi-Lingual preferred
Responsibilities
- Prioritize cleaning of high-touch surfaces and high-traffic zones throughout the day.
- Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages in Residences to ensure prompt resolution.
- Ensure compliance with Residence cleanliness standards and policies in all assigned areas.
- Assist with the complimentary beverage and snack program in the Residents Lounge, including tea, coffee, and refreshments.
- Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, appliances, and service station.
- Provide light service support in the Residents Lounge when residents are present.
- Monitor lighting, scent, music, and overall ambiance to maintain a consistent luxury environment.
