About The Position
Performs cleaning of the Casino indoor and outdoor premises. This role involves detailed cleaning of the entire casino and restrooms, general floor care (stripping, waxing, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning), and removing litter from parking lots and nearby areas on Casino property. The attendant is also responsible for daily equipment maintenance, assisting in moving storage items, furniture, and equipment, and supporting other Housekeeping areas as needed. Providing excellent guest service to both guests and internal clients is a key aspect of the role. Adherence to all Tribal Ordinances, Regulations, the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures is mandatory.
Requirements
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Prior custodial experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of the entire casino and restrooms.
- Perform general floor care as needed (i.e. strip, wax, sweeps, mops, vacuums floors, cleans carpets).
- Removes litter from parking lots and nearby areas (Casino property).
- Equipment maintenance on a daily basis must check all equipment before starting and ending shift.
- Assists in moving general storage items, furniture, equipment and any other items/supplies as needed.
- Assists in other Housekeeping areas as needed.
- Provide excellent guest service to both guest and internal clients.
- Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.
