SAIC is seeking a Public Affairs Information Operations Planner to support the USINDOPACOM J73 with developing Strategic Information Environment concepts of support to the USPACOM Joint Exercise Program events. This role involves ensuring unified action within USPACOM and with supporting organizations to plan and monitor Information Environment (IE) concepts of support to designated joint exercises. The planner will support designated Organizations Conducting the Exercise (OCE) and the USPACOM J73 by maintaining a plan of action with milestones and producing required orders and briefings. The position requires creating solutions to complex problems, applying operational art in a geostrategic security environment, and supporting an IE campaign aligned with the USINDOPACOM Campaign Plan and joint exercises. Coordination with Information Operations, Public Affairs, Policy, and Joint Electronic Magnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) is essential. The role also involves developing and maintaining efficient protocols for exercise information environments, integrating mechanisms to synchronize Public Affairs and Information Operations for desired strategic effects, supporting USPACOM J73 Exercise Control Groups, responding to Requests for Information (RFIs), and producing exercise orders or directives.
