Flicks Pub of Lorien Taneytown is hiring a Cook to join our dynamic team! We’re looking for a cheerful, enthusiastic cook who loves to experiment with new cooking techniques and bring fresh ideas to our neighborhood watering hole. Requirements

  • Must be 21yrs or older
  • Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Set up and stock workstations before each shift.
  • Ensure food is cooked, plated, and served in a timely manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
  • Monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are low.
  • Properly store food and label products to ensure freshness.
  • Work collaboratively with servers and bartenders to provide excellent guest service.
  • Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
