About The Position

This position is for an Occupational Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Beaverton, OR. The role requires specific credentialing processes with ATI, including completing documentation outside of the AMN clearance packet before being cleared to start the assignment. For ATI, candidates can start with a compact license but must obtain a permanent license immediately. For SC, a permanent license is mandatory, and compact licenses are not accepted. All supplier submissions and questions should be directed to Dawn Alligood at [email protected]. Candidates who have worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year. Previous ATI work history as a traveler or perm/PRN more than a year prior to submission requires verification of rehire eligibility with Katrina.

Requirements

Active PTA license
Must have PERM license for SC roles
Can START with compact but MUST get PERM right away for ATI
Experience in setting
32 gww for holiday weeks

Nice To Haves

Previous ATI work history as a traveler or perm/PRN more than a year previous to the date of submission (requires verification of eligibility)
