About The Position
This is a PTA position in Portland, OR. The shift is 8D (8-hour day shift). Candidates will be required to complete certain documentation directly before starting their assignment. If a candidate has worked permanently or PRN within the last year, they should be informed that reapplication is not permitted until they have been separated for one year. Candidates with previous work history must provide their name and date of birth for eligibility verification. Equipment will be provided during the interview. Parking will be provided during the first day of information. Dress code details will be provided during the first day of information. Holiday coverage is not required.
Requirements
- Less than 1 year minimum experience
- ACLS certification
- BLS/BCLS certification
- PALS certification
- NRP certification
- ASHA certification
- CHT certification
- ACP certification
- Experience in relevant setting required
- Active license is necessary
