About The Position
Hiring for PTA Home Health in Lacey, WA. This is a 13-week contract position with day shifts, working 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- PTA experience of minimum 1 year - required
- Home health PTA experience – Required (12 months within the last 3 years)
- Homecare Homebase HCHB Charting experience - Required
- Familiary with OASIS
- PTA License and AHA BLS
- COVID Vaccination (Exemptions only if not previously vaccinated and signed by a religious leader/physician)
