About The Position

This is a Physical Therapist (PT) position located in Seattle, WA. The assignment requires a 20-26 week commitment. A completion bonus of $6,000 is offered to contractors who sign for 26 weeks. The bill rate is $90/hr. The position is for day shifts with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. Overtime is billed at 1.5 times the regular rate. The billing cycle is weekly, and a 30-day notice period is required. Parking will be provided on the first day, and the dress code will also be provided during the first day's information session.

Requirements

Must have a PERM license for SC submissions.
Experience in the setting is required.
Active license required.
Candidates who have worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year.
Previous ATI work history as a traveler at any time or perm/PRN more than a year previous to the date of submission requires verification of eligibility for rehire.

Nice To Haves

Must get PERM right away if starting with compact license.

Responsibilities

Complete documentation directly with ATI outside of AMN's clearance packet before being cleared by ATI to start their assignment.
Obtain a PERM license immediately if starting with a compact license.
Ensure a PERM license is held for SC submissions; compact licenses are not accepted for SC.
