About The Position
This is a Physical Therapist (PT) position in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Seattle, WA. The shift is 8-hour days, and the facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s. The patient ratio is 1:5. The position requires 1 year of Skilled SNF and/or LTC experience. First-timers are not accepted. No weekend requirements. A BCLS certification is required. This is not an on-call position, and the traveler will not need to float between like units. Block schedules are not accommodated. Locals are accepted and considered within a 50-75 mile radius, at the same rate. Pending licenses are accepted. COVID vaccination (primary series plus one booster) is required. The traveler is expected to have their own transportation.

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
- Manage patient care with a ratio of 1:5.
- Adhere to an 8-hour day shift schedule.
- Utilize Net Solutions for charting.
- Maintain own transportation.
- Comply with facility requirements for COVID vaccination (primary series and one booster).
