About The Position

A Giant Direct In-Store Shopper accurately selects, packs, and stages online grocery orders. They pick items from store shelves using handheld devices, manage item substitutions, bag merchandise properly, and bring orders out to customer vehicles at designated pickup spots while offering friendly customer service.
Requirements
- Good communication and polite attitude.
- Ability to use store scanning tools and handheld devices.
- Stand and walk for entire shifts, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Follow company dress code and safety rule
- OPEN AVAILABILITY (5AM-9PM)
Responsibilities
- Pick correct products from customer online lists.
- Shop for several orders at the same time using company tools.
- Know different types of produce and handle item replacements.
- Bag, label, store, and load orders for curbside pickup.
- Greet shoppers and assist drivers at pickup spots.
