This position is one where you can work mostly independently. For this position, you will use an iPod and a finger scanner to pick the orders. You will usually have to pick about 3-5 orders at a time. The orders are broken up into sections, so there are more than one person at a time working on the orders. Each sticker number on the bag is an order number. The iPod will show you what the product looks like, give a description of the product and it will also tell you how many of a certain product that the customer would like. The iPod will also alert you if you get the incorrect item or scan the incorrect bag sticker.
Requirements
- Weekend availability is a must.
- Ability to use an iPod and finger scanner.
- Ability to identify products based on descriptions and images.
- Ability to scan item stickers accurately.
Responsibilities
- Use an iPod and a finger scanner to pick orders.
- Pick approximately 3-5 orders at a time.
- Work independently within sections of orders.
