This role is for a part-time sales team member at the BIRM-TRUSSVILLE, AL store. The primary focus is on delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and ensuring a fast and efficient checkout experience. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, maintaining store recovery standards, and engaging customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. The role also involves assisting with omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), participating in merchandise stocking and recovery, supporting shrink and safety programs, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Team members are expected to interact positively and respectfully with others, promoting the organization's vision and values. Cross-training in Custom Framing is also a part of this role, along with other assigned duties.
