About The Position

The PT (Power Transmission) Quality Management System Leader is responsible for leading the Business Management System (BMS), driving ISO 9001 compliance, and advancing quality process standardization across the PT business line. This role leads internal audit programs, quality systems governance, and management review governance across PT teams and functions. The position supports quality competency development, training and onboarding frameworks related to processes, standards, and digital tools across PT. The role plays a key part in strengthening process consistency, compliance, operational excellence, harmonization, and quality maturity across the PT business line. The role also acts as the business owner and key stakeholder for digital quality solutions supporting PT quality processes and tools, ensuring alignment between business requirements, operational needs, and enterprise quality system strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8–10+ years of experience in quality management, quality systems, or process governance roles, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
  • Strong, demonstrated expertise in ISO 9001 standards, QMS governance, and audit readiness in a global manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on experience leading or supporting ISO 9001 certification and managing internal and external audit programs
  • Experience working within SAP ERP environments and familiarity with quality system integrations across ERP platforms
  • Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools, ideally Power BI; comfort with AI tools and automation (e.g., ChatGPT, digital quality platforms)
  • Proven ability to own or significantly improve business systems, dashboards, or digital quality processes
  • Strong track record of driving process standardization and continuous improvement across a global, cross-functional organization
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to translate business needs into system and process requirements
  • Fluent English (written and verbal) required; additional languages considered a strong advantage
  • Ability to travel internationally without significant visa restrictions

Responsibilities

  • Drive standardization and process review governance across PT teams and global functions
  • Own and govern the global QMS across the Power Transmission Business Management System (BMS), driving alignment with ISO 9001 standards
  • Lead the PT Business Management System (BMS) and drive alignment with ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Maintain and continuously improve global quality processes, standards, and work instructions.
  • Coordinate ISO certification activities and support external certification audits.
  • Ensure effective process review and management review governance across PT teams and functions.
  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement of quality processes across the organization.
  • Develop and execute the internal audit program across PT.
  • Partner with regional and functional teams to address audit findings and drive corrective actions.
  • Monitor compliance maturity and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support external audits and ensure timely closure of audit actions.
  • Serve as PT business owner and key stakeholder for enterprise quality management systems and digital quality platforms (SAP ERP, Power BI, AI/automation tools)
  • Represent PT business requirements to Digital Technology teams, enterprise quality organizations, and external solution providers
  • Drive continuous improvement and business alignment of digital quality processes, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Ensure effective deployment, governance, and adoption of quality system processes across all PT teams and functions
  • Maintain a working understanding of integration points across quality systems, ERP platforms, and related business applications
  • Support the development and deployment of competency frameworks for the Quality function in collaboration with quality leaders and subject matter experts.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training programs related to quality processes, tools, and standards.
  • Support onboarding and training plans for processes and digital tools across PT teams and functions, ensuring effective cross-functional adoption and alignment.
  • Partner with functional leaders to monitor completion and effectiveness of training plans.
  • Promote quality awareness and support capability development across the organization.
  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement across PT.
  • Lead quality communication initiatives, including awareness campaigns, training sessions, and organizational updates.
  • Support cross-functional engagement on quality objectives and priorities.
