About The Position
This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service at the Greystone Gas station. The attendant will handle various customer interactions, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the station, manage merchandise, and operate the Point of Sale system. The role requires a positive attitude, dependability, and the ability to work independently while adhering to company policies.
Requirements
- Strongly service-oriented and motivated.
- Capable of serving customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Well organized.
- Capable of attaining a high level of production with a minimum of supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
- Physical ability to handle the work to be assigned.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Experience and knowledge in automotive care and maintenance is an asset.
- A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, professional approach and attitude.
- Be dependable for all scheduled shifts.
- Provide "Service Starts With Me" level of customer service.
- Provide courteous customer service to non-petroleum purchasing customers.
- Adhere to Saskatoon Co-op Policies and Procedures.
- Perform exterior housekeeping and maintenance duties.
- Perform interior housekeeping and maintenance duties.
- Order, receive, price, and display merchandise as directed by the station manager.
- Operate the StorePoint Terminal when assigned.
- Perform opening and closing procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
