PT Pro Shop Worker I (Golf Course) ( 2 positions)
About The Position
Assists Golf Course Superintendent in customer service of facilities and merchandise sales as well as course maintenance. play and starting players on the first tee. Takes telephone reservations for playing time. Answers any questions customers have pertaining to playing golf or to the particular course. Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of pro shop, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, stocking, maintaining restroom facilities clean and in order. Responsible for the cleanliness of the cart/barn and maintenance of golf carts. This includes washing carts, changing tires, and retrieval of balls on the driving range. Reports maintenance breakdowns or repairs needed to proper supervisor. Must have and maintain, without interruption, all necessary licenses, certifications, clearances, and/or job requirements. Work the assigned schedule and comply with City timekeeping and attendance policy. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED and up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid Texas Driver's License and good driving record.
