About The Position

This position trains and supervises Package Handlers and Clerks on safety, productivity, and various job-related tasks. It holds teams accountable for attendance and submits timecards. The role involves developing and maintaining good working relationships with employees, management, and customers, facilitating training, conducting and participating in group meetings, coordinating evaluations, and determining solutions for package concerns. The supervisor ensures daily activities of package handlers and clerks are accomplished safely and timely, while consistently demonstrating UPS's high ethical standards and code of conduct.

Requirements

Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
Strong problem solving skills, with ability to multitask
Strong oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
