About The Position

This position is responsible for merchandising products, which includes stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, cooler stocking/rotation, storage room organization, and movement of products from storage to the sales floor. The role involves merchandising store shelving, coolers, and displays with Pepsi products in assigned accounts and maintaining a neat and orderly backroom stock. The merchandiser will also communicate issues to their supervisor and co-workers and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
• Retail industry work experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt to a constantly-changing environment.
• Customer service skills required.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good math skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and without direct supervision.
• Good driving habits.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Ability to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
• Must be able to speak, read, and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Merchandises store shelving, coolers, and displays with Pepsi products in accounts assigned by a supervisor.
• Maintains backroom stock in a neat and orderly condition.
• Communicates issues to supervisor and co-workers.
• Other duties as assigned.
