Requirements

Ability to record production information on paper forms
Must be flexible to work a combination of shifts start times
Candidates must be responsible and dependable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Candidates who are 18 years or older are required to complete a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with the operation of packaging equipment would be ideal but willing to train successful candidate

Responsibilities

To set-up and operate packaging line equipment and machinery
To case pack sealed trays of meat product
To record Production and QA data which includes but is not limited to: Lot #’s, production totals, equipment downtime etc.
To assist in other meat processing and packing tasks as required
To ensure that the safety and sanitation of the production facility meet Company policies and standards.
Other duties as assigned.
