About The Position
StoragePRO is seeking a part-time maintenance professional for its facility at 224 - Elkhorn RV&Self Storage in Rio Linda, CA. This role involves performing a variety of plumbing and general building repairs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to prioritize and plan projects, maintain high productivity without direct supervision, possess basic computer literacy, exhibit good customer service skills, professionally resolve customer issues, and be able to walk the large facility throughout the day. This position may include other locations in the same general area. A resume showing maintenance experience is required for consideration.
Requirements
- Resume must show Maintenance experience to be considered.
- Basic janitorial and maintenance duties, including basic building repair, Mopping, sweeping, and cleaning
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to travel
- California Driver License with clean driving record
- Ability to work weekend hours as required
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
