About The Position

StoragePRO is seeking a part-time Maintenance/Janitorial professional with hands-on experience in performing a variety of plumbing and general building repairs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to prioritize and plan various projects, maintain a high level of productivity without direct supervision, and possess basic computer literacy and good customer service skills. This role requires the ability to professionally resolve customer issues and the physical capacity to walk the large facility throughout the day. This position may include other locations in the same general area.

Requirements

Resume must show Maintenance/Janitorial experience
Hands on experience performing a variety of plumbing and general building repairs
Ability to prioritize and plan various projects
Ability to maintain a high level of productivity without direct supervision
Basic computer skills
Good customer service skills
Ability to walk the large facility throughout the day
Basic janitorial and maintenance duties, including basic building repair, mopping, sweeping, and cleaning
California Driver License with clean driving record
Ability to work weekend hours as required
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
