About The Position

This position supervises, trains, and develops workgroups and holds them accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The supervisor maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety, while providing effective leadership and building working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The role manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency; promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment; and supports employees’ ongoing professional development through orientation, skills and safety training, evaluations, and coaching. The position is permanent and requires the ability to work flexible shift hours, up to five days per week, in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
