This position focuses on building customer relationships by creating memorable framing solutions for their art. The role involves assisting customers in shopping the store and locating desired items, while also maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment. Key activities include adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs, embracing personal design through Elevated ABC Deliver to build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions, and achieving sales and production goals. The Framer is responsible for completing framing orders with high quality and on time, maintaining the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, and delivering friendly customer service. This includes helping customers find products, ensuring the store is well-merchandised and stocked, and supporting shrink and safety programs. The role requires interaction with others in an accepting and respectful manner, maintaining positivity, and promoting the organization's vision and values. Responsibilities also include participating in truck unloads and stocking, operating the cash register with proper cash handling, acknowledging customers, assisting with Omni channel processes, and performing other assigned duties.
