Pt Day/Evening Cleaning Specialist - Sterling Heights, MI
About The Position
We have multiple part time positions available. The day position is Monday through Friday for 2.5 hours a day from 11am-1:30pm. The evening position is Monday through Friday for 3 hours a night after 6pm. steel toe boots are required Hourly pay rate: $15.00/hr (biweekly pay) U.S. Servico, Inc., is looking for energetic, and driven individuals to join our team! Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation to the job site

- Ability to understand and adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations
- Previous commercial cleaning preferred; i.e., Office, Medical, Retail
Nice To Haves
- High School and/or GED is encouraged
Responsibilities
- Able to use cleaning equipment if required (i.e. canister or backpack vacuum, walk behind floor scrubber, and mopping systems)
- Using various cleaning chemicals
- Able to bend, stand, lift, etc.
- Ability to use cellphone application to clock in and clock out for scheduled work hours
- Ability to use cellphone application to complete inspection reports and post pictures
- Clean and detail to customers satisfaction, following closely to scope of work expected.
- Clean service areas according to Servico Standards (reviewed during training)
- Show up to location on time, every time as scheduled
- Demonstrate ability to work in a team like setting or individually
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic commercial cleaning
- Mopping and vacuuming (possible floor scrubber)
- Detailing
- Dusting and wet wiping
- Trash removal
- Bathroom cleaning
- Supply stocking
