About The Position
We are seeking a Clinic Director to lead a private outpatient practice in Broomfield that maintains a 1 patient per hour schedule. This role combines patient care with operational leadership and includes oversight of clinic workflow, staff support, treatment standards, and the overall patient experience.
Requirements
- MSPT or DPT degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist license
- Current CPR certification
- Outpatient orthopedic experience required
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership or clinic management experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in the outpatient setting
- Direct daily clinic operations and help maintain efficient workflow
- Review documentation quality and support compliance with clinical standards
- Mentor staff and assist with day-to-day team leadership
- Monitor scheduling, patient flow, and clinic performance
- Contribute to a professional environment focused on quality care and accountability
