About The Position
We are seeking a Clinic Director to lead daily operations while providing patient care in a private outpatient practice. This position combines clinical oversight, staff support, and operational leadership to help maintain treatment quality, workflow efficiency, and a strong patient experience.
Requirements
- MSPT or DPT degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist license
- Current CPR certification
- Outpatient orthopedic experience required
Nice To Haves
- Leadership or clinic management experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in the outpatient setting
- Oversee clinic workflow and daily operations
- Support staff performance, documentation quality, and clinical standards
- Mentor team members and assist with maintaining treatment consistency
- Monitor scheduling, patient experience, and overall clinic efficiency
