About The Position

This position is responsible for various tasks related to customer service and maintaining the front end of the store. Key duties include scanning items, bagging groceries, stocking shelves and merchandisers, putting away overstock and customer returns, retrieving shopping carts, and maintaining general sanitation and housekeeping.

Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive hand/arm/shoulder motion for scanning items.
• Ability to lift grocery bags up to 15 lbs frequently and up to 20 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to stand for 90-100% of work hours.
• Ability to kneel for 0-10% of work hours.
• Ability to sit for 0-10% of work hours.
• Ability to bend at the knee repetitively for 10-40% of work hours.
• Ability to bend at the waist repetitively for 10-40% of work hours.
• Ability to grasp and twist hands frequently.
• Ability to raise arms over head, over shoulder, and over waist occasionally.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending on outdoor conditions when retrieving carriages.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service.
