About The Position

Carolina Therapy Connection is a therapist-owned, private pediatric outpatient practice with sensory clinic locations in Greenville, Goldsboro, Morehead City, and New Bern, NC. For the past 16 years, CTC has been providing OT, PT, ST, mental wellness/counseling, and educational services to children and adults of all ages and diagnoses including autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, cerebral palsy, feeding disorders, and developmental/language delays. Clients are served within our newly expanded, state-of-the-art sensory clinics, within the community, and school settings. Requirements

  • Ability to kneel, crouch, or sit on and get up from the floor to work closely with children.
  • Capability to lift and carry children or therapy equipment weighing up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • Efficient mobility, including the ability to walk, run, and move independently to ensure effective engagement in therapeutic activities.
  • Stamina to maintain active engagement in a high-energy, child-focused environment throughout the workday.
  • An Associates Degree from an accredited program for Physical Therapy Assistant.
  • Current Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • Experience or interest in pediatric therapy, including working with conditions such as autism, sensory processing disorder, and developmental delays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and a multidisciplinary team.

  • Experience with pediatrics and outpatient experience preferred
